We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please give us a call so that we may issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#). All exchanges/returns must have an RA# on the packaging.

Returns of any UNUSED items are accepted within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund excluding shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all manuals, tags, etc. Returned merchandise that looks used or without all original packaging is subject to a restocking fee. We cannot accept COD's or collect shipments.
